Return & Exchange

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, simply contact service@avasilk.co.uk. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.

1. Send an e-mail to service@avasilk.co.uk and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. After we confirm will give you the address to return to.

3. write your order number and name on paper and put it in the return package.

4. Drop off your package at the local post office. (not suggest using express expensive shipping,) Send us the return tracking number. (we do not offer return labels, you need to pay the return shipping fee)

5. Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or refund for you.

 

Exchange Policy

About exchange, steps 1-3 are the same as the Return Rule. you need to tell us which item(s) you need exchange and we will ship your exchange item(s) in a week after your return parcel delivers.



Return Conditions.

1. You have 30 days to decide if the items are right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.

2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. The following items couldn't be returned: Items on clearance, Silk Lingerie,Customized Items

5. Return delivery charge should be paid by you and non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.

6. For refund, it will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. In exchange, new items will be reshipped to you within one week.

7. If you need to return more than 2 plus size (1X, 2X, and 3X sizes) sleepwear from your order, these return items will be charged a part of the fees.

Note: the return warehouse only has a US address. Please choose the cheapest return method. Unreasonable requests on this ground will not be accepted.

Cancel Policy

Unfortunately, we CAN NOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return it for a refund. To cancel your orders that have not been shipped out, please contact our customer service team.

Refund Policy

1. Please kindly noted that the refund for the item will be based on the actual price you paid to us. The actual price will be affected by the discount or promotion, coupon code, and so on you have applied at the time when you purchased.

2. For a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s) or in the form of online credit.Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-6 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
